We're proud to share that DevAlly has been named one of just eight finalists in this year's KPMG Global Tech Innovator competition in Ireland. The news was covered this week by Silicon Republic (opens in a new tab) and Business Plus (opens in a new tab). We're in the company of seven other Irish companies, Disseqt, öogo, The MenoPal, Galenband, Jentic, SPRYT, and ArrayPatch, spanning health, developer tooling, and enterprise software.
It's a milestone we don't take for granted. And we think our being here says something bigger: accessibility is a hard requirement for businesses today, not an optional extra.
What we're building
DevAlly is an accessibility compliance platform for product teams who want to confidently ship accessible products that stand up to global regulations and procurement requirements. A quick scan shows where a product stands, and where users actually get stuck.
And when procurement, legal, or a customer asks for proof, DevAlly works with you to generate your VPAT and compliance reporting on demand.
Accessibility should be part of how good products get made, sitting inside the workflow your team already uses, rather than a report that arrives too late to act on.
Why this is a sign of the times
For years, accessibility sat at the edge of the product conversation. Being recognised alongside this year's finalists is a signal that it has moved to the centre. Buyers now expect accessible products the way they expect security, and regulation across the EU, the UK, and the US is catching up to that expectation.
Building accessible products has become a hard requirement for product teams. Those that treat it as core will earn trust, reach more customers, and move through procurement with less friction. Those who leave it to the end will face the scrutiny of regulators and run the risk of fines and reputational damage.
"Being named a finalist alongside this group of Irish companies says a lot" said Cormac Chisholm, CEO and co-founder of DevAlly. "It tells us the problem we're working on, making products that work for everyone, is becoming the new standard globally."

Following in impressive Irish footsteps
We're following companies recognised through this competition before us. Akara, the 2025 Irish winner (opens in a new tab), went on to place first runner-up at the global final in Lisbon for its healthtech robotics. The hospitality platform, Nory secured the winning Irish title in 2023 (opens in a new tab) and has since scaled well beyond Ireland’s shores, raising a Series B round of $37M in 2025. It's humbling to be mentioned in the same breath, and a reminder of what teams on this island can build.
To everyone building a more accessible web with us, thank you. This one is for you.
